Mirror Mirror

Fashion bloggers tend to take outfit pictures of themselves in the mirror all the time. It looks very easy and sometimes a bit silly I think. The truth is, it's quite a skill, or at least you need to think of a few things to make it a shot worth posting. First for example you need a good mirror in a good spot. As you see above, the one in my house doesn't meet those criteria. Also you should think about cleaning up the space around the mirror. For example don't let your basket full of dirty laundry be visible in the background and move all other shit that will be visible if you don't want people to see your mess.

Here the problem is the flash and the boyfriend's red rain jacket on the left, but the door is closed and hides that dirty laundry.

In this one no shit is visible but so isn't the outfit either.  Now you know why there are no mirror outfits on Styleomad.

Ups and downs

 As promised, a few pictures from the wedding last weekend. This is Bullet and John (the groom) and of course Coco the dog. She was a howling, cute little creature.

The bride and her father making their way up to the chapel. If I ever get married I'm sure I would step on and rip my dress in two seconds, well hiring some hobbits to hold it up while walking could be a solution.

What you can't see in the picture is that by mistake I bought stay ups instead if tights but they didn't actually stay up. Not for long at least so I kept hiding in bushes and behind trees to pull them up. In the end it didn't matter too much that they were half way down my ankles.

The Italian ELLE October issue has four, I said FOUR magazines in one and it was only 3 Euro. I wont be bored this weekend for sure. (The bottle is only decoration)

Another good thing that happened to day is I managed to get myself to the gym. To celebrate I baked a brownie and digging in to it right now. Better to exercise and eat brownie than not to exercise and eat brownie.

Villains

Italy continued...After the night in Rome we took the train to Viterbo and the villa where the wedding was going to be. Well, first we took a train to the airport and back by mistake. That only added about 2 hours to the already 2 1/2 hour trip, this view made up for it later in the evening. If only all weekends could start like this. Obviously without the train ride.

My eyes were getting smaller every day. There are no pictures of me from the last day so don't worry, you don't have to see me like a newborn rat.

When in Rome

I got back from Italy and just uploaded my pictures. First I thought I would show you what happened in Rome the day I was there. Well first of all I found a big hole in the ceiling of a church. It wasn't raining so I never got the answer what happens when it does.

I was as straight as the pole behind me on the Spanish steps.

Had a big dinner  and lots of wine with people from all over the place.

Captured the owner of the restaurant checking out someone's ass, while doing accounts.

Went to a bar or two and drank some more. Sorry about the finger but this was the picture I looked the best in (and that's the most important).
