Sooooo sexy

If you had any interest in the dresses worn at the Oscars award you have probably already done so and that's why I wont show any of them here.  Instead I give you Michael Douglas on the cover of the Rolling Stone November 27th 1980. He actually did two Oscars himself but closer to the date of the paper than today's.

Giga like!

I walked in to Giga turi on Rákoczi út for the first time yesterday. At first it felt like there wasn't anything too interesting but after a while I got sucked in to the Giga world and suddenly all these beautiful old night gowns appeared and I had to get three of them, they will make really cute summer dresses. Also found a nice seventies shirt and a long very special, totally impractical, see through dress with daffodils.

Naked Knuckle

A pair of Naked Knuckle fingerless gloves from Jane Hruska would fit well in my non- existent spring wardrobe 2012.

Boots for a two-legged person

Got myself a new pair of vintage boots last week. Anthracite grey with black details.

They don't look great with sweat pants on a one-legged person though.

KGB mixing with loose people

Russian sisters and colleagues Tatiana and Oksana stopped by the Farsang (carnival) party the other night to spy on the local crowd. 

They both got fired when KGB realized they had been hanging out with American superheroes and other loose people.

Ice for all tastes

Louis Vuitton ice cream looks expensive and clean. Also I like that they put the cherry on the side because this shows they understand that not everybody likes cherry, like me for example and my friend's boyfriend apparently.

This is the flea market ice. It's big, it has no cherries on top and it's free. Which one do you like better?

You only get what you give. If I give you this picture what can I possibly expect back. A lot I would say. More than enough. A bit too much. More than most people can take.

Limbo land on fire

The mandatory toilet shot, on the phone after a few cocktails. Little did I know I was on my way to Limbo land. To me the bath room is a bit like like it, you go there and you never really know what's happening in the outside world.

It was a different kind of Limbo land I arrived to, a much better one than the first one.

No one got hurt even if it looked it. But who knows how he felt the day after...

When the bar was set on fire I realized that too much Limbo fucks with your brain. Must be all the blood that gets in to your head or did we go to hell?

Extensions

Scarf/Vintage, jacket/ H&M, candy lipstick/gift

Finger extensions are the latest must have we were told. So we tried it out and I have to say it's perfect in case you want to give the finger to someone with bad eye sight. Apart from that I don't get the point.

Chasing green bag in the cold

I found a bag on sale at Bershka last weekend similar to this one and I didn't buy it. I wish I had because now I started thinking about it again and have to go back and look a it again. This happens all the time to me and it's quite annoying. In my next life this habit will be erased from my genes. Do you do the same thing?

I work

and it snows. That's basically what's going on.

 A kimono styled top slipped in to my shopping bag at some point so it seems I had some time and energy to go shopping as well.

English clothes or French fries

In Budapest there's one thing that has now become more Hungarian than goulash and paprika. Even in this shop you can find it which might not be so strange as they seem to have almost everything. Can you guess what it is hiding behind the internet cafe and 100Ft items?

Angol használt ruha (English second hand clothes) of course!

Don't be fooled by the word English it's like French fries or a Swiss roll.

Outfit and an empty box

Empty box of popcorn echoes like an empty stomach and the empty stomach explains the next picture.

If the party isn't crazy you have to pretend to be. Here I'm doing well on that part.

Dream gym wear

Givenchy Spring 2012 Couture by Riccardo Tisci. A taste of dark glamour, the nose rings makes them look a bit like Hannibal but somehow I like it. Possibly an old fear of a gym teacher inspired? Love it and wish I could have been dressed like that in gym class.
